• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service for purposes other than your authorized use.

3. Content Responsibility

While Magicdraft generates content using AI, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publication. You must ensure that published content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

4. Fair Usage

Each subscription plan includes defined usage limits (number of articles, sites, etc.). Systematic abuse of these limits, such as creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, is prohibited.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate potential violations of this AUP. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take action including issuing a warning, suspending your account, terminating your account without refund, or removing offending content.
